Shallow Cooker - Western Maple - Shovel Bowl -12"
This cooker is shallow-ish. The bowl is slightly deeper than my standard shallow cooker, and the handle has a bit more curve and heft to it.
My shallow cooker spoons are, well, shallow cooking spoons. The bowl depth is typical to an average cooking spoon you’ll find in most kitchens, except in this case, where the spoon wanted to be a bit more dramatic than its peers! The “shovel type” bowl on this design is intended to allow for scraping the pan or bowl, flip the pancakes, scramble the eggs, etc. This is the design I reach for in my kitchen most often, and I find it to be the most all-around useful cooking spoon shape in my catalog.
